ERC System is a Munich-based aviation startup that develops electrified aviation solutions for the most critical missions. The company’s hybrid-electric aircraft take off vertically like helicopters, but fly forward wing-borne, like airplanes. They provide high speeds, long ranges, and cost-efficient operations for patient, passenger, and cargo transport. ERC’s flagship product is a crewed, hybrid-electric lift-and-cruise aircraft optimized for interhospital patient transport.
Founded in 2020 by experienced aerospace professionals, ERC currently has approximately 60 employees and is backed by aerospace powerhouse IABG, a leading provider of testing and certification services for aircraft, spacecraft, and defense solutions. We employ industry events as well as both on- and off-premises product demonstrations, partly in collaboration with our strategic partners, to demonstrate how our electrified aviation solutions get the jobs done that matter, when it matters.
We are looking to strengthen our growing Commercial Team with a driven individual who brings together a hands-on, execution-oriented mentality with a strategic and holistic perspective. Our new Product Demonstrations and Market Communications Manager (m/f/d) will collaborate closely with Business Development, Product, Operations, and the C-Suite to design, plan, and execute high-impact market-facing events. Beyond these, this individual will be intensively involved in streamlining ERC’s overall marketing activities, brand positioning, and digital communications.
