ERC System is a Munich-based aviation startup that develops electrified aviation solutions for the most critical missions. The company’s hybrid-electric aircraft take off vertically like helicopters, but fly forward wing-borne, like airplanes. They provide high speeds, long ranges, and cost-efficient operations for patient, passenger, and cargo transport. ERC’s flagship product is a crewed, hybrid-electric lift-and-cruise aircraft optimized for interhospital patient transport.
Founded in 2020 by experienced aerospace professionals, ERC currently has approximately 60 employees and is backed by aerospace powerhouse IABG, a leading provider of testing and certification services for aircraft, spacecraft, and defense solutions. As Aerospace Project Manager at ERC, your mission is to successfully deliver aerospace projects by coordinating teams, managing risks, and ensuring technical and operational excellence for our core development programs.
You bring structure, focus, and execution strength into a dynamic, early-stage aerospace environment. Together with the Head of Program and Chief Engineer, you form the program’s operational leadership, ensuring that ambitious technical goals are translated into realistic, executable plans and delivered with transparency, accountability, and impact.
You enable teams to move fast without losing control, actively manage risks and trade-offs, and provide clear, decision-ready insights to management, investors, and customers.
